Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund until your order ships. Email info@magichome.com with your order number. Once your order ships, the return policy below applies.
Return window and condition
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. They need to be unused and unassembled, in the original packaging, with all parts.
How to start a return
Email info@magichome.com with your order number, the items you want to return and the reason. Please don't ship anything before you get the return authorization.
Price adjustments
If we lower the price of an item within 7 days of your order, email us and we'll refund the difference once, to your original payment. Clearance, final-sale and display items aren't included.
